Project Liaison Officer

 

Sidekick is a research and creative agency dedicated to driving social change through collaboration and creative participation. 

Throughout the past 10 years, we've engaged in diverse initiatives driving policy and behavioural change across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Our approach towards social change prioritises connection and ally acquisition, focusing on building widespread support across diverse segments of the population through shared goals and interests. We also work directly with policymakers, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the delivery of public needs and interests. 

We are seeking a dynamic Project Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating efforts between in-house teams, vendors, freelancers, and consultants, working closely with senior management to ensure seamless project execution within established milestones and timelines. This position reports directly to the Co-founder, providing a valuable opportunity for learning, particularly for individuals aspiring to advance into management roles in the future. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and align the efforts of in-house teams, vendors, freelancers, and consultants based in Thailand and across the ASEAN region to meet pre-established milestones and timelines..

  • Identify and bring forward any issues to the manager for resolution.

  • Take concise notes during key meetings with teams and vendors.

  • Assist the manager in preparing presentations and pitches.

  • Support the manager in conducting research to identify potential new partners and opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationals with an excellent command of both English and Thai.

  • Effective communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Ability to engage with people and promote collaboration towards common goals.

  • Strong summarization skills, able to translate needs, concerns and issues into actionable points.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow industry trends.

  • New graduates are welcome, but experience in coordinating/running activities at university/school is a plus
